Every product is carefully inspected before we pack and send them out. We are unable to accept any refunds however if you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at email@example.com! Upon review, we may offer an exchange within 14 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and must be in the original tag and packaging. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange should a returned item not meet any of these requirements. You will need to attach a copy of your order invoice together with your return package.
If an exchange is granted, your return shipping costs will be refunded in store credits with proof of receipt.
